SCC Network Services is a customer-centric, quality-oriented managed network services company. Our mission is to provide outstanding network management services to businesses with 10-50 computers.

We were founded in 1992 as Second City Computers, Inc., a computer assembly and repair firm. In 1997, we grew into a support and repair services firm. In 2004, we evolved into our present role as a proactive managed services provider with automated client system monitoring, business disaster recovery/automated back-up services and a 24/7 telephone help desk. 

By 2009, we had outgrown our original home. We moved our West Loop headquarters to the SCC Network Services Center at 769 W. Jackson. 

In 2010, we renamed our network services organization SCC Network Services (a division of Second City Computers), reflecting our largest division’s dedication to supporting office computer networks.
