Company Network Management Service

SCC Network Services is a customer-centric, quality-oriented managed network services company.

Our mission is to provide outstanding network management services to businesses with 10-50 computers.

We were founded in 1992 as Second City Computers, Inc., a computer assembly and repair firm. In 1997, we grew into a support and repair services firm. In 2004, we evolved into our present role as a proactive managed services provider with automated client system monitoring, business disaster recovery/automated back-up services and a 24/7 telephone help desk.

By 2009, we had outgrown our original home. We moved our West Loop headquarters to the SCC Network Services Center at 769 W. Jackson.

In 2010, we renamed our network services organization SCC Network Services (a division of Second City Computers), reflecting our largest division’s dedication to supporting office computer networks.

What Clients Say

We originally decided to outsource as a way to cut cost. However SCC Network Services also assisted us to setup the network and provided vital strategic planning for implementing a network structure and security. Their staff developed the budget for the equipment needs, projected growth and did remote office setup. They demonstrated that they are a full service company.

I like their unlimited remote support and though it’s rarely needed, their on-site support ensures we are always operational. Results have made us rely on SCC for all our communication technical support.

We have been a client for over twelve years. In that time they have analyzed our system needs, upgraded us when necessary and provided the service and expertise to maintain the system. When there have been issues, they are right on top of it, keeping our computers running smoothly.

Before we bought this service, we had so much down time. We spent more money on repairs and it was beyond frustrating when things failed. We are very pleased with SCC Network Services.
